Directions: Trains from Charing Cross, Waterloo or London Bridge to Catford Bridge Station and trains from Balckfirars to Catford Station. Buses Nos. 181, 202 and 306 to "Two Brewers". Into Rutland Park opposite "Two Brewers", right and then left into Rubens Street.

Directions:From East: along A2 until Sun In Sands junction turn left towards Central London/Peckham. After 100 yds turn left at traffic lights on to A2213. After 200 yds turn right into West Brook Road. At mini roundabout turn left into Kidbrooke Grove. Ground 300 yds at end. From London: take A2 over Blackheath and turn right at traffic lights onto A2213. From here as above. By train: Blackheath nearest train station and then a 20 minute walk north Montpelier Row then east via South Row, Kidbrooke Gardens and Kidbrooke Grove.

Directions:Off the A20 dual carriageway. From the eastbound/London bound carriageway - a 1/4 mile after the Five Ways (Burger King) traffic lights, Chapel Farm Road on left before the Mottingham turn off. Sports centre 100 yds on left.
From the westbound/Folkestone bound carriageway. Turn right at the Mottingham traffic lights. Continue for about 1/4 mile along Court Road until T junction. Turn left into Mottingham Road, Chapel Farm Road 1/4 mile on left. Sports Centre 1/4 mile along on right.
Nearest train station Mottingham, 5 minute walk. Right out of station, cross dual carriage way at lights, left and then right into Chapel Farm Road.

Training is on Monday evening at 7.30. We train at Meridian Sports Centre, Charlton Park Lane, Charlton SE7. Charlton Station is about one mile away. Training is free soyou have nothing to lose coming along!
