Blackheath Hockey is a fun, friendly and thriving sports club. Our successful ladies section now field four teams for matches on Saturdays. We play at various levels; the Ladies 1XI Team play in the East of England League, Division 1 and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th XI Teams play in divisions throughout the Kent League.
We are always keen to welcome new players, young and old, so please get in touch.
The Men’s Hockey Club is the oldest hockey club in world and they field several teams each week. We come together for after-match socials and regular joint club events, including our popular mixed Festival every August.
All the ladies teams train on Wednesday evenings from 8.30pm to 10pm at Eltham College. The entrance to the astro turf is on Marvels Lane. You will see a sign for a Green Chain Walk and there is a small turning into the car park (parking is FREE).

| GOALKEEPER NEEDED Blackheath 1XI team are in need of a goalkeeper for the forthcoming season. We play in the East of England League, Division 1. If you are interested in playing or would like more information please contact Sian Evans, 07815883275 or email chipie108@hotmail.com. Trials are on Saturday 4th September at Blackheath High School pitch. Arrive at 12.30pm for a 1pm start. Bring both red and white shirts. Drinks in the pub afterwards. New players welcome. | |
